It seemed to be functioning (as it was beeping when we moved in), however, we never set-up an account with a monitoring service, therefore, we never tested it or used it. As we remodeled all the components were slowly removed. Includes the following components: 1 Locking Control Box with all VIA-30PSE Security System circuit boards w/new Q.E.D Programming (attached wiring, which had to be cut to remove the unit), key, antenna, wiring diagram label, & testing & maintenance schedule label (requires NP7-12   12V 7.0Ah Battery for operation NOT INCLUDED) 2 Ademco Vista Addressable Alpha Keypads Model #M6660 - Assembled in Mexico 11 Ademco Window Transmitters w/base plate Model #5816 (requires 3V Lithium Battery for operation NOT INCLUDED) 1 Ademco Passive Infared Motion Detector Model #998 CD with de-installation pictures for your reference Pre-owned in Very Good Condition. Several of the window transmitters have sun discoloration.
