From the Aiphone web site: The Aiphone JA-DGV vandal-resistant flush-mount audio/video door station with camera controls works with an Aiphone JA Series master station (sold separately) to enable remote communication with visitors prior to authorizing access to the building. The station includes a color camera that sends live video feed to a master station when a visitor presses the illuminated call button. The connected master station can pan and tilt the camera for a customized view of the entryway. A white LED illuminates the visitor area to brighten the video feed in low-light environments. The stainless steel faceplate has a durable metal call button and a clear polycarbonate lens cover for vandal resistance. The station mounts flush to the wall using the included ABS-plastic backbox, but can be surface mounted to a wall using the Aiphone SBX-DGV surface-mount box (sold separately) and a single- or two-gang box or ring. Overall dimensions are 9-1/16 x 6-1/8 x 2-11/16 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) Door intercom systems allow an occupant of a building to communicate remotely with a visitor through at least one door intercom and master intercom. Master intercoms with a door-access button remotely unlock the door for the visitor.
