In this offering, you will receive a SIM card and an instructional flyer. This 30-day AT&T plan can be activated once on the Nation's fastest-growing wireless networks on which Jolt Mobile provides service as long as the device is compatible with that network. Jolt Mobile utilizes the best network in America for talk, text, and data service. Please review the coverage map at Joltiotmap site to ensure that you reside in an area where service is provided on your device. You likely do, but you will want to verify. Activate service via Activatejolt. Jolt Mobile offers a wireless service (Voice, Text, Data) on its own SIM Cards/Plans. Once you receive our Jolt Mobile SIM card, you can activate it with a new number (activation instructions provided on the SIM card kit); the new number will be assigned to that SIM card (the plan cycle will start from the time you first activate it) and you can start using it on your GSM-based device (GPS tracker, Smart Watch, Alarm, etc.). If you already have a GPS tracker / SmartWatch / Alarm SIM card with an active number assigned to it with another company Enterprise, Corporate, and Affiliate Accounts are available - online account management portal and APIs to manage multiple SIM cards within a single account and one main airtime balance. When you are running low on your credits, a notification message and an email will be sent to you. You will also receive a notification that your service will expire on the last day of your service term. Service plans that are sold to Freight Forwarders will be canceled and refunded.
Cancellations / Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase of this prepaid service. If you are not satisfied with your service and within 14 days of receiving your starter kit, we will refund your purchase in full.
If you do not contact us to cancel the plan within the 14-day period, or if you consume more than 30 minutes, 30 texts, or 30 MB of data, your purchase will be considered buyer's remorse, and you will no longer qualify for a refund.
