Here is a Lionel 6-36718 O Gauge AEC Security Operating Searchlight Caboose #2002. This car features a lighted searchlight that rotates and die-cast metal sprung trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels and axles. The Anti-Aircraft gun is included that goes in the empty bracket on top of the car, it is just not attached.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-9: Factory New based on visual appearance. This Item appears to have never been run, and shows very minor signs of handling. No wear on wheels.
