All our Products have 30-days Return Policy starting from the date of purchase. Must request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

All returned merchandise are to be tested and inspected according to reasons/ claims why it is being returned before any decisions will be made.

All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all other accessories (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request.

All DOA (Dead on Arrival)/ Defective items must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable.

Going forward it is required that all RA request conform to the policy.  Every unit must be bench tested before it leaves your location. All units will be tested upon arrival. If no problem is found the unit will be sent back at customers cost and no refund, no replacement or no repairs will be issued. However, in a situation wherein the customer no longer want/ need the item, a 20% Restocking fee will be deducted from the original amount paid by the buyer.  Please make the necessary adjustments. IMPORTANTLY, DEFECTIVE OR NON DEFECTIVE All Items should be returned in complete good/ well-packed and well cushioned condition. The seller will not be liable for any damages occurred during the process/ shipping of returning the item.
