Up for sale is this SimpliSafe Sentry 7 Home Security System. I purchased this a few months ago from a seller here on eBay, and just got around to setting it up. Unfortunately, the base station serial number is still registered to the original owner. I tried emailing the seller but got no response. Until this person de-activates the base station serial number from their account, it cannot be set up with a new owner.
Good news is that all other pieces of the kit appear brand new / never used. They keypad sill has the plastic on the screen. The camera appears to be sealed in the original plastic, and the motion sensor and entry sensors still have the little tabs to remove to activate the batteries. However, I do not know how long these batteries last. There is no way for me to test.
Because I am selling for parts / as-is, I do not want to accept a return and pay for return shipping as well as refunding the cost of the original shipping too. I will accept a return of the item if you are willing to cover the shipping costs. Please see my feedback of 100% with over 1200 reviews.
